Veni — Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Veni mobil uygulamasını ("uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Hizmetin kapsamı

Veni; restoran keşfi, QR menü üzerinden sipariş oluşturma, topluluk paylaşımları ("threads") ve puana dayalı bir ödül programı sunar. Restoranlar Veni'nin işletmesi değildir; menü içerikleri, fiyatlar ve ürünlerin kendisi ilgili işletmenin sorumluluğundadır.

Hesap

Giriş; telefon numarası (SMS doğrulama), Apple veya Google hesabı ile yapılır.
Hesabınız kişiseldir; hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz an uygulama içinden (Profil → Hesabı Sil) silebilirsiniz.

Sipariş ve ödeme

Uygulama üzerinden oluşturduğunuz sipariş ilgili restorana iletilir; satış sözleşmesi sizinle restoran arasında kurulur. Veni satışın tarafı değildir.
Ödeme, restoranda (kasada) yapılır. Veni uygulama içinden ödeme almaz ve ödeme bilgisi işlemez.
Fiyatlar ve ürün bilgileri restoran tarafından belirlenir; farklılıklardan ilgili işletme sorumludur.

Topluluk içerikleri

Paylaştığınız içerikler (fotoğraf, video, yorum) size aittir; bu içerikleri uygulama içinde gösterebilmemiz için Veni'ye münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir kullanım hakkı tanırsınız.
Hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı, hakaret içeren, üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden veya spam niteliğinde içerik paylaşılamaz.
Veni, bu koşullara aykırı içeriği bildirimsiz kaldırabilir ve tekrarlanan ihlallerde hesabı askıya alabilir. İçerik bildirimleri: legal@veniapp.net

Ödül programı

Puanların parasal değeri yoktur; devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez.
Program koşulları makul bir bildirimle değiştirilebilir veya sonlandırılabilir; kötüye kullanım hâlinde puanlar iptal edilebilir.

Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, otomatik araçlarla veri toplamak, başka bir kullanıcının hesabına erişmeye çalışmak veya hizmetin işleyişini bozmak için kullanamazsınız.

Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı ve markası Veni'ye aittir. Kullanıcı içerikleri ve restoran menü içerikleri ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir.

Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez ve Veni, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden duyurulur; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Veni — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Veni mobile app (the "app"). By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Veni offers restaurant discovery, QR-menu ordering, community posts ("threads") and a points-based rewards program. Restaurants are independent businesses — menu content, prices and the products themselves are the responsibility of the venue.

Your account

Sign-in is via phone number (SMS verification), Apple or Google.
Your account is personal; you are responsible for activity under it.
You can delete your account at any time in-app via Profile → Delete Account.

Orders & payment

Orders you place are transmitted to the restaurant; the sales contract is between you and the restaurant. Veni is not a party to the sale.
Payment is made at the venue (at the counter). Veni does not collect payment in the app and does not process payment details.
Prices and product information are set by the restaurant.

Community content

Content you post (photos, videos, comments) remains yours; you grant Veni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the app.
Unlawful, misleading, defamatory, rights-infringing or spam content is not allowed.
Veni may remove violating content without notice and may suspend accounts for repeated violations. Report content: legal@veniapp.net

Rewards program

Points have no monetary value and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Program terms may change or end with reasonable notice; points may be revoked in cases of abuse.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the app, scrape it with automated tools, attempt to access another user's account, or disrupt the operation of the service.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and the Veni brand belong to Veni. User content and restaurant menu content belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app; the current version is always published on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
