Bu koşullar, Veni mobil uygulamasını ("uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Veni; restoran keşfi, QR menü üzerinden sipariş oluşturma, topluluk paylaşımları ("threads") ve puana dayalı bir ödül programı sunar. Restoranlar Veni'nin işletmesi değildir; menü içerikleri, fiyatlar ve ürünlerin kendisi ilgili işletmenin sorumluluğundadır.
Veni'yi kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. 18 yaşından küçükseniz uygulamayı ancak veli veya vasinizin izniyle kullanabilirsiniz. Yaş sınırına uymadığını tespit ettiğimiz hesapları kapatırız.
Veni; taciz, nefret söylemi, tehdit, cinsel içerik, çocukların istismarına ilişkin her türlü materyal ve diğer kullanıcılara yönelik saldırgan davranış konusunda sıfır tolerans uygular. Bu tür içerik paylaşan hesaplar kalıcı olarak kapatılır.
Uygulama içinde her paylaşımın üzerindeki menüden içeriği bildirebilir veya paylaşan kişiyi engelleyebilirsiniz. Engellediğiniz kişinin paylaşımlarını bir daha görmezsiniz; engeli istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz. Bildirilen içerikleri 24 saat içinde inceler, kurallara aykırı bulduklarımızı kaldırırız.

Konumlu bir paylaşım yaptığınızda, paylaşımın yapıldığı tam konum haritada herkese açık görünür. Harita üzerindeki iğneler yaklaşık değil, gerçek koordinatlardır. Paylaşımı sildiğinizde harita iğnesi de kaldırılır. Evinizden, iş yerinizden veya paylaşmak istemediğiniz bir yerden paylaşım yaparken bunu göz önünde bulundurun.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, otomatik araçlarla veri toplamak, başka bir kullanıcının hesabına erişmeye çalışmak veya hizmetin işleyişini bozmak için kullanamazsınız.
Bu koşullara aykırı davranış hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Kapatma kararına itiraz etmek isterseniz legal@venitech.co adresine yazabilirsiniz; itirazınızı makul sürede değerlendiririz.
Uygulama, tasarımı ve markası Veni'ye aittir. Kullanıcı içerikleri ve restoran menü içerikleri ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez ve Veni, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden duyurulur; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

These terms govern your use of the Veni mobile app (the "app"). By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Veni offers restaurant discovery, QR-menu ordering, community posts ("threads") and a points-based rewards program. Restaurants are independent businesses — menu content, prices and the products themselves are the responsibility of the venue.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Veni. If you are under 18 you may use the app only with the consent of your parent or guardian. We close accounts we find to be in breach of this limit.
Veni has zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, any material relating to the exploitation of children, and abusive behaviour towards other users. Accounts posting such content are permanently closed.
In the app, the menu on every post lets you report the content or block its author. You will not see a blocked person's posts again, and you can remove the block at any time. We review reported content within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks these rules.
Content reports may also be sent to legal@venitech.co.
When you make a post with a location, the exact location it was posted from is publicly visible on the map. Map pins are real coordinates, not approximations. Deleting the post removes the pin. Please bear this in mind when posting from your home, workplace, or anywhere you would rather not share.
You may not reverse-engineer the app, scrape it with automated tools, attempt to access another user's account, or disrupt the operation of the service.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. If you wish to appeal a closure, write to legal@venitech.co; we will consider your appeal within a reasonable time.
The app, its design and the Veni brand belong to Veni. User content and restaurant menu content belong to their respective owners.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app; the current version is always published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
